Making sustainability the standard, not the exception.
I engage in policy discussions, industry collaborations and public awareness work so sustainable practice becomes normal in business and manufacturing.

Industry and policy
I’ve worked alongside the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB), the Malaysian Timber Certification Council (MTCC), the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) and the Malaysia Design Council (MRM), supporting a shared commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainable innovation.
National Standards Committee on Timber, Timber Products and Timber Structures
Contributed to the Laminated Bamboo specification for general use, promoting quality standards and sustainable materials.
Committee member, MTC Youth Circle (MYCC)
Fostering youth engagement and leadership in the timber industry.
Collaboration with the Malaysia Design Council
Driving innovation in sustainable design and environmentally responsible product development.
Public awareness and community
To make sustainability accessible, I organise and join campaigns on green living, conscious consumerism and responsible business.
- Green Design Malaysia: a collaborative movement uniting designers, brands and environmental advocates.
- Merdekapenter: once a year, around Independence Day, we open the factory to the public for sustainable woodworking and circular manufacturing.
- Sustainability talks: public engagements and industry dialogues, including the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC).

Driving industry transformation
Real impact needs cross-industry collaboration and strategic engagement with business leaders, policymakers and advocates. I work to embed sustainability in mainstream business strategy, helping companies move to responsible sourcing, circular economy practice and long-term environmental accountability.

Work with me on advocacy.
Collaborations, consultations and talks all start with a conversation.
